Well, we left for Smithfield, NC today, to go see some of Billy’s dad’s family, ones he hasn’t seen in years. This is his 60th BD present and one we are all excited about. We left about 6:30am and stopped a few times.
This was the first time they have stayed at a hotel and they were excited about the beds!
We went to dinner with Aunt Jean and cousin Rose, to a local place called Holt Lake, very tasty!
And we ended the night in our PJ’s, watching cable TV ( which we don’t have at home). First day = success!
